Here’s the deal….. we posted a photo of this dude outside Vino’s on Tuesday on our Facebook page. It blew up. I was surprised.
I don’t live under a rock, but I really don’t know what is up with these pizza reviews…. It sounds like there are some people negative with this dude or the website Barstool Sports, but please, no negative comments on our Facebook page because this dude just made my day, and I simply watched the video. He really made Katie’s day.
Katie’s best friend reached out to the crew at Barstool Sports because Katie loves their pizza reviews and she thought this would cheer her up as Katie is going through some issues. When I reached out to Katie, she told me that she was diagnosed in May 2018 with stage four sarcoma in her lung, kidney and heart. She went on to say ” I have done a year and a half of non-stop chemo, but I’m taking a little break presently.” She lives in Conshohocken and is a Germantown academy mom. She cheered up talking about her two kids Jeff (13 yo) and Avery (12 yo). She has some further testing coming up in the very near future and we’re thinking of you Katie. I think it’s safe to say the entire community is pulling for you.
So, after watching the video I had to know a little more about this whole deal…. One Bite, you know the rules. Well, I didn’t know the rules but I can see why they didn’t follow the rules cause Vino’s is awesome.
Special shoutout to Katie’s (Kim and Rebecca) friends for making this happen. This is truly incredible.
