Pop’s Steaks Opening Tomorrow in Conshohocken 11-7-2025

By now, if you’ve driven on lower Fayette Street at any point over the past few months you may have seen the sign, or even the mural at 1st and Fayette.

POP’S STEAKS

Yesterday I walked by, saw some folks in there and went in. They had just cooked on their new grill for the first time and offered me one of the first cheesesteaks. It was delicious. Great ratio of meat and Cooper sharp on a seeded roll. A few minutes later some fries came out of the fryer and the group of folks working there included me in their tasting. Fries were solid, when I order them I am going to try their cheese fries.

I got chatting with Nino Cordivari, who along with Mark Pagano are the operating owners. Nino was very friendly, he said he would like to get involved in the community the way they have at the Pop’s Pizzeria location they have in Glen Mills.

Nino said they were overwhelmed with all the positive comments they got while they were set up at the Funfest. He said everyone he has talked to from Conshohocken has been great. He hopes to be here for a long time, and as a matter of fact, wanted to open in this location in 2020. He said they were close to signing a lease and then the mochi donut place beat them to it, so when he saw the space available again, he jumped on it, he knew Pop’s Steaks needed to be in Conshohocken.

Their hours will be 11-8 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 11-9 Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11-7 on Sunday
