I was excited to hear the news that the HOW Group (owners of the old Leeland Mansion since 2018) have started to expand the Leeland Room into the Leeland Mansion. Here is the Facebook post.
We know we’ve been a little quiet lately… but it’s because we’ve been working on something BIG! ![]()
We’re thrilled to finally share that The Leeland Room is expanding into Leeland Mansion, a newly enhanced full-building event venue set to launch this December.
While the mansion rental offers a grand new experience, we’re also continuing to offer our popular first-floor-only rentals—providing flexibility for intimate gatherings, corporate functions, and a wide range of special occasions.
It appears that access to the whole building will start this December. This venue has been the perfect backdrop to smaller weddings and special occasions. Hopefully with this expansion of space available for rent, people can find a good reason to rent it. This mansion has been a centerpiece to the borough of Conshohocken for over a century. When the HOW Group purchased the property I was excited that this historical building was going to be in good hands.
Since taking over and properly renovating the building, the HOW Group has used the upstairs spaces as offices. Recently they have made better use of the space in the old carriage house/police station for their offices. I will be excited to attend an event there in the future.
Here are some photos they shared with us about what the updated spaces will look like. We wish them the best of luck. The HOW Group has been a good partner in the community and we love that they have adapted this space to be available to the public.
