Current Exterior Photos from Old Washies (Hook & Ladder Skybar opening October 13th)

Like many of you, I have been watching the progress (maybe it’s progress to you, maybe it’s not-totally a question for another time) around 1st and Fayette down to Elm and Fayette, stretching back a block or two…Recently I got the chance to walk through the area. These photos are a couple weeks old and we understand the whole area is going to be open in the next couple of weeks.

The Hook & Ladder Skybar is set to open October 13th.

Just an opinion here, the area between the old firehouse and new office building is nice. It’s our understanding there will be occasional events in this area. Could be a nice area to visit while walking to the restaurants or enjoying a cup of coffee outside.
