Soapbox Derby Parade of Champions! July 24th

This past week our Facebook page (Conshystuff) keep everyone in our community up to date about our local racers who were in Akron Ohio for the All American Soapbox Derby. We can’t wait to welcome our racers home!

Congratulations to Erin Donovan for bringing a 2nd World Championship back to Conshohocken! We are so proud of you.

Matt Tomczak came in 2nd place in the local stock division. WOW! What a feat.

Grace Gryga came in 5th place in the Rally stock division.

Lizzie Maxwell represented Conshohocken and made us proud in the local super stock division.

Liam Donovan came in 2nd place in the all star division – kind of like a pro bowl!

Here is what is taking place:

There will be a parade for our Soap Box Derby Champions on Wednesday July 24 at 6:30. The cars will be proceeding down Fayette St from 11th Avenue to 1st Avenue on a flatbed provided by Janeway Towing (thankyou!) with the sirens blaring!

Erin Donovan – 2 Time World Champion
Matt Tomczak – 2nd Place Local Stock World Title
Grace Gryga – 5th Place Rally Stock World Title
Lizzie Maxwell – Our 2019 Local Super Stock Winner
Liam Donovan – 2nd Place All Star (Derby Pro-Bowl)

Let’s look for them on Fayette Street tomorrow and cheer them on and welcome them home! Once again, all of our racers made our community proud in this very prestigious All American Event.
