Over this past weekend I popped my head into the Plymouth Swim Club to see if they were open, and they were!
It looked like a great day to be at the pool and a number of families were enjoying the swim club. They just opened and it looks like they put some social distancing guidelines into place. The snack stand, is open, but no seating indoors. There is plenty of space to spread out on the lawns at the swim club and even on a Saturday, it looked like there was plenty of space in the pools to be able to enjoy yourself without being on top of other guests at the pool.
I had actually stopped into the club back in March to check out the renovations, at the time, it looked like things were moving well, and then in the middle of March it seemed like everything got shut down, everywhere. So, I wasn’t that surprised when I saw mobile bathrooms set up a the swim club. I didn’t venture into the facility, as I was trying to social distance. I can not tell you the current state of the locker rooms and bathrooms. I look forward to checking it out on my next visit and I feel comfortable bringing my family by what I saw at the club on my quick visit.
