First of all…… Betty and Jeff and your family, we want to wish the best for you in your retirement.

The owners of Pasta Via are ready to retire and spend a little more time with their grandchildren and family. The business is for sale along with the building. The building won’t be sold without the business, however the business can go on without a new building owner if that makes sense. So, if you have been thinking about opening a restaurant, pizza place or a specialty take out place, this could be a good fit for you. The number we are hearing is over $500,000. which in all reality doesn’t sound bad at all considering an office a block away went for over $800,000.

Pasta Via has an excellent following if you are looking for a turn key operation in the borough of Conshohocken.

On a side note, we just recently talked about Bolero’s which made its home at the same address back in the 80’s. Pasta Via moved to this location after a successful location on the 500 block of Fayette Street, but they expanded to pizza’s at the new location.
