While I don’t consider myself a “foodie” I do enjoy a good meal with friends and family. Over the next week or so there are plenty of chances to enjoy a meal in our wonderful community.
If you are new to the area do yourself a favor… buy tickets to the Ambucs Restaurant Rally.
It takes place this Sunday. You can visit over 20 different restaurants in Conshohocken and get a small sample of one of their signature dishes. You really get to enjoy the restaurants as well as the community. It’s a great day to explore Conshohocken. Then take notes and make a reservation or two at your favorite places for Conshohocken Restaurant Week.
Here’s what on tap for the Restaurant Rally at the participating restaurants. I need to thank the restaurants that take part in this event. They are preparing food, drinks, paying their employees and welcoming the community into their restaurants. The Ambucs restaurant rally supports the Special Olympics. Our community restaurants and the owners go above and beyond for our community. Thank you.

While these are two separate things, they seem to go very well together. I hope to wander around Conshy on Sunday with some friends and then take a vote for where we should have dinner during Conshohocken Restaurant Week. Thank you Vince, Debbie and Tom of the Conshohocken Ambucs for creating and putting together the Restaurant Rally, thank you Kevin and Morethanthecurve for bringing a restaurant week to Conshohocken. Thank you to all of the restaurants for taking part in the rally, giving so much of your time, effort, amazing food and always looking out for our community. Thank you to everyone going to the Restaurant Rally (tickets at Flocco’s) and to everyone making reservations at your favorite places or trying a new one out. Hope to see you somewhere enjoying Conshy this weekend or next week.
