This is a win win for Conshohocken. Conshohocken gets to welcome a unique restaurant and we get to keep a historic building in our community. Recently there was a discussion about eminent domain taking over the former historic train station that the Collins family bought years ago and has preserved it ever since. I’m looking forward to having lunch here one day too, the menu looks great.
