You have to go back to May of 1990 when Conshy Cards opened on West 7th Ave. If you are trying to place the location, it is the current home to Paper, Rock, Scissors. You can visit their website here: http://www.paper-rock-scissors.com/

In the photo Eagles Cheerleader Cindy Dawson Moore is shown with Rob Reed. Rob, like many kids in 1990 probably spent all their grass cutting money buying baseball cards, football cards, maybe Star Wars or some other popular card of the day.
