When people tell me they recently moved to Conshohocken, I welcome them here and then ask if they know about the Ambucs Restaurant Rally. When they say no….. I start with something like….Well, you have to go! It’s this awesome event where you get to eat your way around Conshohocken. If you enjoy adult beverages you can also drink your way around Conshohocken. This is a must do!!!!! You sign up in advance through eventbrite :

Here are some details from the Ambucs. Join us for a mouthwatering experience starting at The Great American Pub, located at 123 Fayette St, Conshohocken. Get ready to indulge in a culinary adventure like no other! This in-person event promises to satisfy your taste buds and leave you craving for more. Walk or take our complimentary busses to Conshohockens finest restaurants. Proceeds benefit the Conshohocken AMBUCS sponsored Special Olympics programs.
Here are all the generous restaurants that are participating this year. These places all donate their time, their food, their staff and their facilities to make this event happen. THANK YOU.

Meet at the Great American Pub upstairs in the Oak Room for registration.
1-Great American Pub oak room registration
Roof Top- Fruit and cheeses & -drink specials – bloody Mary’s and mimosas
2-Jaspers Backyard
Barbeque pork Sliders and spicy and spicy margarita drink special
3-Deli on 4th
The deli on 4th will serve Fried Pickles with a glass of light beer.
4-Shack in the Back
Juicery on 4th will serve Fire Shots containing Organic Orange Juice, Ginger & Cayenne
5-Daniels Bar and Restaurant
French toast and Mini Shakshuka, eggs that are gently poached in a simmering mixture of tomatoes, seasonal vegetables onions, garlic and spices in a sauce.

Tacohowcken-our award winning shrimp tacos
wash it down with an ice-cold beer or Conshy Crush

Mini Latkes & Burger Sliders with a glass of beer from Von Brewing Company

Chocolate Chip Waffle – house made buttermilk waffle with chocolate chips, drizzle of chocolate sauce and whipped cream and Horchata Cold Brew – house made cold brew, French vanilla, cinnamon, whole milk

16-Morning Talk Café – will be serving a taste of ice coffee, peach black ice tea and Blueberry Mojito with Stateside vodka

18-Viggianos BYOB
Our tiramisu and a dish we like to call Penne alla Viggiano! -it’s penne pasta with sundered tomatoes Spinach and Grilled chicken in a Rosa sauce! -with homemade sangria
19- Tomato Shack (formerly Couch Tomato)
Offering a desert a Maddie bar It’s gluten free and vegan house-made dessert that has coconut, toasted almond, walnut, puffed rice, and chocolate chips. It’s kind of like a vegan, gluten free 7-layer bar with our house made lemonade and a glass of red wine
20-Meranda Box
Will be serving Coxinha (chicken fritter) and Brazilian Carrot Cake
21- Saigon Noodle
Cha Gio (Spring Rolls) and Banh Minh (Vietnamese Sandwiches)
22-VFW Auxillary Post 1074 -Also live music 1 to 4 by the Allie & Ed duo
Food will be pulled pork in Greek dressing, pasta salad and a desert Drink Specials are Creamsicle Crush and Cayman Jack Attack. Each drink is $5.00
23-Conshohocken Brewery- – ½ off any pint
24- Pizza Time/Old Time Saloon—Assorted pizza slices with a draft special in the bar
This is really one of my favorite events every year. Thank you to all of the restaurants participating. On a side note, I have taken friends on this adventure in years past and people always find a new favorite restaurant through the course of the day. It’s really a fun way to try out so many of our restaurants. I hope to see you there!
