So, for me, growing up here Jack Francis catering was always “the place” and by “the place” it was where you would look forward to going. There were always great events there. Any time the organizers thought enough of to include Jack Francis Catering you know it was going to be great. Always a cut above. My last visit to Jack Francis was to actually check out the new kitchen and I was impressed. That was pre covid…

Since Covid, everyone including Jack Francis has been thinking of ways to 1. do what they love (cooking) and 2. surviving in this business climate.

So, I finally ordered from them this past weekend. The meal was delivered on Saturday, we ordered for 4… we had dinner for multiple days. It was so much and so good. We do have 2 kids so maybe we could stretch the meal a little further than if it were 4 adults.

We had the chicken and dumplings, it came with veggies, buttered noodles, apple crisp and rolls… it was well worth the money. I believe they deliver on Thursday and Saturdays within a few miles of Conshohocken.

It was a great service, a little family style meal that made me think about one of the meals my mom made us as kids that wasn’t grilled cheese or spaghetti. (sorry mom, but I did love your chicken and dumplings)

I’m glad I tried them out, the service was great, everyone was friendly. I believe the menu changes, so go check out the website and see what is available this week.
