I’m going to start this in a strange way…. when Wawa started looking at the property at the old Moore Chevy dealership, one of the reasons I was on the fence about it was this…. When I leave my shop at dinner time, most of the deli’s and sandwich shops are closed. So, in my mind, I was not mad about a potential Wawa opening up at the borders edge. Wawa offers quickly made sandwiches and I could grab one on the way home.

Since then, Masterpeace Grille has been open and is a great place for a cheesesteak and in my opinion may have the best tuna salad anywhere….

And now…. we have Conshy Steaks and Hoagies. We know, you’re still asking what is it, where is it. So, I tried it, I was happy with it and I’m happy to report Conshy Steaks and Hoagies operates out of Izenberg’s. Izenberg’s has been cleaning up after breakfast and lunch and is rolling out a new dinner time menu consisting of steaks and hoagies.

I recently ordered the straight up Italian Hoagie and it hit the spot.

Give them a try if you’re looking for a sandwich one night on your way home from work.
